Delivery - Deliveries normally take place from Monday-Friday, between 9 am and 6 pm . Once ordered, please allow 1-2 business days for preparation and delivery. If an order consists of multiple baskets, requires a specialized item, or is made during peak holiday seasons, it may require an additional few days for production in addition to shipping. It is preferable to have the gift delivered to a business address during regular working hours to ensure the recipient or another individual accepts and signs off on the gift.
Delivery charges vary from city to city and reflect rates of standard courier companies within each city. Generally, you can expect to pay delivery charges of upwards of $10 for local delivery. Please call for delivery rates. Multiple baskets or gifts delivered to a single location will be subject to a flat rate.
Refunds/Exchanges - There are no refunds or returns on orders prepared and already sent out for delivery. Blossom Baskets and Gifts is not responsible for baskets that arrive broken or damaged.
Privacy Policy - Your privacy is important to us. Blossom Baskets & Gifts is the sole user of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others
Payment - Payment is by credit card or paypal. Cash or certified check payable to Blossom Baskets & Gifts will be accepted only under certain circumstances. Applicable taxes are extra. An invoice confirming payment will be emailed to you. For corporate clients payment in full is required within 30 days of the invoice date.
